Walter Mirkss short film titled “Elza.” circles a story about dreams, family, and responsibility, This movie shot in Latvia, tells a painful family drama that tackles fulfilling one’s desire while torn aiding her responsibilities with her ailing mother. I like this drama because it is raw. It was like telling someone’s story with full tact on it. Plus, lead actress Laura Atelsone (Elza) was exceptional. She knows the emotional torture that her character was going through, and she was able to express the gravity of it in every scene. And aside from that, it was a good watching experience because of its fine quality cinematography. Overall great work!
