Movie Night for the Unsheltered

As many of you know we have founded a new project in collaboration with several other service organizations.

One of these efforts is our overnight movie marathon hosted by First United Methodist church 203 S. 200 E. in Salt Lake City.

In our joint effort we have hosted six nights of movie screenings when temperatures dropped dangerously low.

Each night was a new learning experience and as the program grows we hope to create a blue print that can be replicated or duplicated by other religious entities who feel inclined to serve their unsheltered neighbors.

We have launched a separate webpage to host content that we truly hope is adopted by other organizations throughout the country and even the world.

Our focus is not on getting name recognition for implementation, rather creating opportunities for others to learn from and improve upon ideas and to create a space where idea sharing is encouraged for the benefit of the many in need.
