“Binlowe’s Locker” is full of action, mystery and suspense
Get ready to end the year with an epic action-packed, mystery filled, heart racing suspense film “Binlowe’s Locker” from the very talented writer/director Andrew James Mitchell. I was instantly absorbed by its mind-boggling plot. It was like venturing into a parallel world as Lamar Lee Williams recalls his horrific nightmares. If you think these relocations are just déjà vus, you better think again. I have got to warn you though, these dreams are pretty sick that even Lamar can’t bear to look back on to them. I for one sure wouldn’t want to be in Lamar’s position, but are these dreams trying to tell him something? Are they premonitions from the future or maybe subconscious of the past? How are these dreams so real that Lamar thinks they are more than just mere dreams? If you’re up to unlock the mystery of one of the best action sci-fi films of 2018 you may not have heard of I’ll be more than glad to be your guide on one awesome ride you’ll never forget.
To start off I like the mystery and subtlety in Lamar Lee Williams’ character who was exceptionally portrayed by Joe Spooner. A veteran who has the calmness of a sting ray however, very dangerous and extremely deadly certainly the person you don’t want to mess around with. The movie began with Lamar’s nightmares. Bothered by the horror that plays in his mind he seeks therapeutic intervention for these nightmare by attending therapy sessions with doctor Elizabeth Hartwell (Amy Larson). Little did he know that he is about to uncover the truth about himself and his dreams as he received a cryptic text message one night directing him to Binlowe’s locker situated in an alley downtown.
Fueled by another gruesome dream, Lamar followed his instinct and set off to find Binlowe’s locker. And just like me he sure was shocked to uncover every mystery that unfolds after one after another. Not only did he question how he came to that situation, he starts to question who he is and what serves his purpose. Will he find out the answer to his questions and find the root cause of all of his nightmares? No spoilers folks, you are going to have to watch the film to find our for yourself.
I am very impressed with the plot of this film. It has all of the factors that makes an action film standout among other movies in the same category. This movie could even fit as a tv or web series because of its engaging prowess that will undoubtedly capture many audiences anticipating to uncover a missing puzzle piece in every episode (if the producer’s decided to go that route). Its promising storyline filled with mystery and conspiracy, intense action scenes, awesome collaboration of actors, impressive take on a futuristic setting, and of course the exceptional vision and delivery of this film by its creator Andrew James Mitchell made this movie one of the must-sees of 2018.
What a way to make a mark on the film industry, I am sure anticipating more films from this brilliant director, and I bet there more to come with his talent and excellence.
