“My Life is Worth Living: Amie’s Story” a short web series by Mark Baldo and Edino Israel focuses on exhibiting the dark shadows of someone with a mental health issue. This episode revealed a relevant reality that many of us find hard to understand. It enlightened me of the fact that it is not easy for a person suffering from mental health disorder to acknowledge his or her state, seek help, and battle it out. And how the unwavering love and support from family and friends, strengthen the foundation to fight the disease. This is a really good series, plus it is animated. It can speak to the younger generation about seeking help.
