“OPEN CINEMA” EVENT AT MAVEN CINEMA CELEBRATES LOCAL FILMMAKERS

American Fork, UT – October 17, 2023 – Maven Cinema in American Fork, Utah, is thrilled to announce its upcoming event, “Open Cinema,” providing a unique platform for aspiring filmmakers to showcase their talent on the big screen. Similar to the popular concept of “Open Mic Night” for singers and comedians, “Open Cinema” invites filmmakers to share their creative works in a real theater setting.

Scheduled for November 7th at 9:00 PM, this exciting event welcomes filmmakers from across the region to participate. For a nominal fee of $5, filmmakers can present their creations, whether it’s a music video, a short film, a movie trailer, or a comedy sketch. This is a fantastic opportunity for local talent to have their projects screened in a professional theater environment, gaining exposure and connecting with fellow artists and film enthusiasts.
